You know the feeling is a drawing that is a part of a larger series of works called Wonders Never Cease. The series is inspired by ideas of utopia and it includes both abstract representations and detailed landscapes. This work looked to represent utopia as a feeling that goes beyond a physical representation. Theriault especially imagined the experience of a warm sun shining on your face and the dazzling colours you may experience even through closed eyes. It harks back to laying on a beach and a moment of serenity.
