Description: Untitled (small arch) is a drawing that is a part of a larger series of works called Wonders Never Cease. The series is inspired by ideas of utopia and it includes both abstract representations and detailed landscapes. This work looked to represent utopia as a feeling that goes beyond a physical representation. Its creation involved a mediative layering of coloured pencils, creating a soothing and calming cloud that forms an archway and encourages the viewer to enter into another realm of their imagining.
