Description: Untitled (large arch) is a drawing that is a part of a larger series of works called Wonders Never Cease. The series is inspired by ideas of utopia and it includes both abstract representations and detailed landscapes. This work looked to represent utopia as a feeling that goes beyond a physical representation. Its creation involved a mediative layering of coloured pencils, creating a soothing and calming cloud that echoes of an archway large enough that the viewer may disappear into its abyss.
